June 2, 2011 - Trilogy Fire - Temescal Valley, CA
The Trilogy Fire Incident was a 160 acre wildfire that broke out in an old orange grove next to the Trilogy Golf Course (Now the Glen Ivy Golf Club) in Temescal Valley, CA between Corona and Lake Elsinore. It burned into a rugged canyon in the adjacent Cleveland National Forest. No homes were threatened. Due to the rugged conditions the fire was handled aggressively by helicopters and air tankers.
June 17, 2013 - Grand Fire - Wildomar, CA
The Grand Fire was a small 16 acre wildfire that broke out along the hillsides in Wildomar, CA. No homes were threatened and the fire was fully contained by midnight.
January 16, 2014 - Colby Fire - Azusa/Glendora, CA
The Colby Fire broke out in the San Gabriel Mountains adjacent to Glendora, CA. It was fanned by strong Santa Ana winds and eventually burned 1,992 acres and destroyed 5 homes.
September 12, 2014 - Silverado Fire - Cleveland National Forest, CA
The Silverado Fire was a 968 acre wildfire that broke out in the Orange County portion of the Cleveland National Forest in Southern California. I staged east of the ridgeline in Corona as fire crews worked to keep the fire from crossing over and advancing towards Corona.
July 31, 2017 - Rose Fire - Lake Elsinore, CA
Cause: Land maintenance equipment
Effects: 50 homes evacuated. No structures burned.
October 12, 2017 - Canyon Fire 2 - Anaheim Hills, CA
Cause: Embers from the still-smoldering Canyon Fire in Corona blown by Santa Ana winds.
Effects: 25 structures destroyed and 55 damaged.
October 26, 2017 - Wildomar Fire - La Cresta, CA
Location: Wildomar OHV Park, Wildomar, CA (Riverside County).
Cause: Off-highway motorcycle crash
Effects: 200 homes evacuated in La Cresta during first 24 hrs No structures burned, no injuries
December 7, 2017 - Lilac Fire - Bonsall, CA
Effects: 182 structures burned, 23 structures damaged. Several domestic horses killed.
July 25-27, 2018 - Cranston Fire - Idyllwild, CA
Effects: 5 structures destroyed.
Cause: Arson. Suspect arrested.
September 5, 2019 - Tenaja Fire - Murrieta, CA
Effects: 0 structures damaged/destryed.
Cause: Unknown. Natural causes suspected.
